Salenefan: Hi Meryl, how are you? I'm fine thanks, just really busy. Is your birthday on the 2nd or the 4th of april? My birthday is on the 2nd April so I'll be expecting a present from you - ha ha Are you going to do a record?Maybe with your sis? I hope to sing with my sisters in the future so hopefully all goes well. Keep an eye out for us. Do you like the changes Ebony went through? I love the changes Ebony goes through. Which was your fave series? My favourite series would probably be the 4th series. *Paige*: I met you at Starcity, Birmingham last month and I thought you were great. Starcity was great!! Do you enjoy working with your sisters and are you planning to do anything else with them in the near future? I love working with my sisters. We get along so well and we do so much together that it was a dream come true. We're going to continue singing and hope to do heaps more in the future. How long can you see yourself playing Ebony for in The Tribe? Ebony is the greatest character. She gets to be both bad and good. I'll play Ebony as long as there is The Tribe. Would you like to branch off from t.v. to star in any major films? Sure I'd love to do movies/films. Bray'sgirl: I was just wondering what was the most challenging scene (emotional wise) that you had to do in the tribe? The most emotional scene for me was back in series 3 when i was haunted by zoot and spike,and of course facing my fear which was a rat!!! So, so far so good. EmMaLoUiSe: I was just wondering if any of the characters come back and if you and jay stay together for along time? I'm sorry I can't give away any storylines about characters coming back but lets just say that Jay and Ebony's relationship is very interesting. Is there going to be a Ser5? I hope there's a series 5! Are u going to get a new costume? We usually get 1-2 new costumes each series so there's more to come! kirstie: Who is the shortest,funnest,sexest cast member? That would have to be me. What advice would you give to me because i would love nothing more then to be an actress it has always been my dream? Hey there,whatever your dreams and aspirations are just go for it no matter what anyone else says.Just have the confidence that you can achieve it.have faith in what you do and show the world exactly what your made of. Knight: Meryl... Any chance of a date lol? Sure thing,when work calms down I'll give ya a buzz. Bard Girl: I heard a rumour that you and James Napier didn't get on too well together on the set. Is it true? James Napier and I got on really well so ignore the rumours. It also helps when you've got intimate scenes to do together. So just as well we had lots in common. Kacci: What was it like when you were acting with your sisters Megan and Monique on set when you had to do scenes where you've had to be really nasty to them? I love it.I've always dreamed of working with my sisters because we are so close.I love spending so much time with them and as for shooting scenes with them where I have to be nasty to them it's great cos then we have so much fun making up afterwards. TRIBE 4!! Jay Rocks: Best part of playing Ebony? The best part about playing Ebony is getting up there and giving a whole heap of attitude all day long. Worst part of playing Ebony? the worst part would be when she starts to get scared and soft. I hate that!! But hey! It's nice to have a variety of moods. Will there be another Tribe Tour? I'm sure there'll be another Tribe tour - we'll have to wait and see where and when. Is there going to be Ser5? I hope there will be a Tribe 5! Which Mall Rat would you like to return? I hope they all come back!! But there comes a time when everyone has to move on. gabzilla: Will u ever consider taking the braids out for the tribe? Yes I would love to have my braids out for a couple of the episodes - it would be a nice change for Ebony and would give my scalp a little rest. Who knows - it might happen. monshere: What is it like having your "real life" sisters working along side with you? Having my sisters working with me is a dream come true! We love it! Do you prefer 'horrible, demanding' Ebony from series 1 or 'sensitive with an edge' Ebony from series 4? I prefer horrible Ebony in Series 1 - It's nice to play someone different from myself. And who do you enjoy working with most? They're all fantastic I love working with new characters that join the show. Also without any theatre or drama experience I take it there will be no chance for me or other non experienced people to become an extra? Trust me - that's how I started!! Extra work is defintely the way to get experience. Purplemoon: If you had to had to who would you go for a romantic dinner and a movie with out of the cast, That's a hard one - they're all great guys so I'd have to keep myself in the good books and go for someone not in the cast.. If you had to play a member of the oppersite sex in the cast who and why? Probably Jack, cause he's totally hillarious, great sense of humour and a different character. If you were in a plane crash, who would you save (1 parent OR 1 sister OR the other sister...)...? I would rather go with them, than choose who to save. Oh and how do you think ebony has changed? Ebony changes all the time, so I'm used to her different moods. She can't go too soft though. Syn: I was one of the fans that waited for you guys at Frankfurt airport, were you surprised to be welcomed like that? Yeah it was a great surprise to be greeted and welcomed by such a fantastic group like you guys!!! What's your religion? Are you religious? I don't have any specific religion. I believe in God and certain beliefs but not to the extent that some people do. Ellie luvs Jack: Has Monique a second name? Monique is the only one in our family who does not have a second name. ha ha! How old is Georgia? Georgia is now 3. Are u born in Auckland? No I was born in Cape Town. Trista: Is it hard to play Ebony because she changes so much? Meaning she's very complex coming in from every angle. That's one of the great things about Ebony . She has her mood changes very often which I tend to get used to. It makes it more interesting when you have different roles to play and I hope she never changes. Zoots Princess: First id like to say your a great actress and i look up to you for my inspiration in acting and two would you please say hi to my uncle he's a BIG fan of Ebony!!! Nice.
