The Spirit Symphony CD was released to raise money for The Cloud 9's Childrens Foundation which helps people with Asperger's Syndrome. Raymond Thompson composed the symphony and it was performed by the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra and Orpheus Choir of Wellington. You may wonder how this links in with The Tribe, well Raymond Thompson, of course, created The Tribe and quiet a few of the musical numbers feature in The Tribe. So the tracks when you listen to them will be really familiar. Below is a quick list of the tracks and where you can hear them in The Tribe... Movement 1 - 5:32 - I know this track has featured in The Tribe, but I just can't pin-point where abouts it was! - D'oh! Movement 2 - 7:39 - Going To War Series 4 tune awesome track! Starts slow, then builds up, key Series 4 tune. Movement 3 - 7:15 - Music from The Techno's arrival at end of Series 3/Early Series 4 can be heard 4 mins 30 secs into the track. Movement 4 - 8:57 - About 4 minutes in, we hear music from The Tribe - Baby Bray's Christening (Series 4)... Movement 5 - 5:50 - The final Series 5 tune. Music from Mega's death right up to leaving the city on the boat. Movement 6 - 7:09 - Music from Baby Bray's christening. Atlantis High tune I think, also contains elements of Going To war. Movement 7 - 8:10 - Series 4/5 Incidental music, starts of slow then gets really chaotic. Also Atlantis High I think? Movement 8 - 5:39 - Fantastic track! A slower version of the Series 5 finale song when the Mall Rats leave the city. Has some woman singing along in the background, sounds kinda bit Enya ish. Movement 9 - 5:41 - Series 5 tune, I think the aftermath of Java/Siva's death.
