Apparently The Guardian had a Lieutenant,
who helped with the every-day running of the Chosen Tribe...
We didn't get to see Lieutenant Luke till Series 3 of The Tribe
and sadly it was the only series we saw the blue haired geezer.

He started of bad, then went good.
He was last seen being led to a plane on a leash by The Guardian in true S'n'M style.

The Guardian and Luke, now there's a couple Zoot would have been proud of!
