Cain [Ben Pennel] One of The Chosen in series 2, he sorta played the same role as Luke did in series 3 Candy [Sally Martin] A girl Lex flirts with when he gets his celebrity status after his Gladiator stint on City-Net. He ends up in bed with her and Lex's current love Siva walks in on them... It turns out Java made Candy sleep with Lex so Siva would break up with him. Carter [Willie Mctavish, Sam Kelly] Now this gets difficult Carter is a minor character from Series 2, he was a Demon Dog Leader (I guessed that the 2 actors played the same character rather than there is 2 Demon Dogs both called Carter). He has appeared several times in series 2 (he robbed the tokens from Lex, he sold a chicken in the Mall) he was also the first person to be ‘nabbed by the Chosen. Central City Plaza This is were the Phoenix Mall is located. Charlie [Charley Murphy Samau] Series 4 - Mouse's older brother. His first word in the series was "Eat"... He "did a Paul". Charlie (Mouse) When Charlie went missing, Mouse found a mouse and decided to keep it as a pet, she named the mouse Charlie. Charlie disappeared though after one episode, maybe dead as the silly girl didn't put holes in the jar she kept him in! Check Point Series 5. Area of the Safe Zone perimiter where kids are scanned in and out.. Chloe / Cloe [Jaimee Kaire-Gataulu] One of the younger Mallrats in series 1 that we saw grow up in the series. She was sent to the mines by the Chosen (series 3) but she returned... She disappeared again permenantly in Series 4 as Techno leader Ram disapproved of her relationship with Ved. Chosen The Bunch of peeps who wear blue, pray alot and, uhm, are not so very nice... Worship Zoot as a God and follow The Guardian, who is in a sense their prophet, leading them into the way of power and chaos. Chosen Guard No#1/Chosen Guard [Matthew Bently] This guy was in nearly every episode of Series 3... One of the Guardians favourite guards? Chosen Tower (Pictured right) Chosen base of operations in Series 2 (I believe it is the New Zealand War Monument)... City-Net Series 4 - The network Ram created. Broadcasts news and events to the kids of the city. Basically it's part of Ram's propaganda machine. Clara (Chicken) When Bluebell went, Chloe was upset, so Bray got her a couple of chicken’s... Cole [Michael Ness] Series 3 - Leader of The Chosen Hockey Team... Oh I mean the Praetorian Guards... Colin Timber And Hardware Co. A building in Tribeworld. It was once the Rebel base in Series 3. Can be seen between scenes in episodes. Crazies Little known tribe, in the last episodes of series 1 the Mall Rats walk through a junk yard, as they head for Eagle Mountain, they are surrounded by the Crazies who mock them, but Lex appears on Top Hat's bike scaring them off...
